ACT Chief Minister discusses new cabinet after integrity commission corruption findings

The ACT integrity commission's findings of serious corrupt conduct by a former senior public servant and then-Deputy Chief Minister Yvette Berry's former chief of staff were a bombshell for the territory government. It's prompted generational change within ACT Labor with Ms Berry resigning to sit on the backbench Rachel Stephen-Smith elevated to the role of deputy and the promotion of first-term backbencher Caitlin Tough to the ministry. The opposition argues those changes will do little to change perceptions of government corruption. We sat down with Chief Minister Andrew Barr to ask whether he thinks those perceptions can be changed.
