The Chairman of the State-owned National Gas Company says there is a non-operational natural gas pipeline at the Eddie Hart Grounds where a new joint Police/Defence Force post is being constructed.
As the Tunapuna Piarco Regional Corporation's chairman is raising concerns....the NGC's chairman said there is no risk of any danger.
