As the dust settles on his dramatic elevation to premier of Victoria, Ben Carroll says rekindling of the government’s relationship with business is near the top of his agenda. In an interview with state political reporter Richard Willingham, the premier also vowed to deliver public schools their full share of government funding before the November election.
