Funerals for the 14-year-old gunman and his grandparents were held on Sunday (Aug 9) in Nonthaburi province after a deadly school shooting outside Bangkok.
As investigations continued into Friday's rampage, police said the boy had used social media to learn how to use a firearm.
The gunman's mother apologised to the victims and to society, saying no one had thought something like this would happen.
