Victims of one of WA’s worst serial sex offenders have urged other survivors abused by Dennis McKenna to come forward in a bid to keep him behind bars. Their calls come as a controversial memorial intended as a tribute to his victims in Katanning and paid for by the State Government two years ago, is yet to be built in the town.
