Today we will be sharpening the blades on our Hobart Buffalo Chopper. This unit has two blades a leader and a follower. The leader blade is a single bevel blade and the follower is double beveled. I will be sharpening the leader at 28 degrees and the follower blade will be sharpened to 42 degrees inclusive (21 degree each side)
