Placing the mixture of cream onto the pastry sheets. Showing how I folded into a pastry and how I rolled to have a cheese danish roll. I put it on a tray before I put into the baking pan on the parchment. Of course you can place your cream cheese mixture on your pastry sheets already onto your baking pan.
