Senators Raffy Tulfo and Pia Cayetano clashed Tuesday after Tulfo criticized Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano for allegedly failing to confirm the minority bloc’s membership in the committees he chairs.
Tulfo called on Alan Peter Cayetano to cooperate so the Senate could resume legislating, saying the minority leader should “give the go signal” to his minority members.
Pia Cayetano, the minority leader’s sister, responded that Tulfo could have approached her if he wanted to raise the matter with her brother.
