Serious questions are being raised about the leadership of Caribbean's highest court following allegations of authoritarian and dictatorial management, panel fixing and attempts to influence judicial decisions.
However Former Senate President and Attorney at Law Timothy Hamel-Smith says talk of resignation is premature.
