Private prosecutor Atty. Lorna Kapunan requested for state auditor Xylene Mae Del Campo to appear before the clerk of the impeachment court, in order to identify and authenticate the documents submitted by the prosecution and defense panels, during the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
Kapunan earlier said that the prosecution panel is "disturbed" by a manifestation made by the defense panel yesterday, stating that the markings of tabulations and summaries do not authenticate the acknowledgement receipts of the confidential funds of Duterte.
