Senator-judge Bam Aquino asked COA-ICFAO auditor Xylene Del Campo whether the agency could conduct a fraud audit over the use of unusual names or aliases in acknowledgment receipts.
Del Campo said no fraud audit has been initiated yet as the matter is still being studied but confirmed that COA could conduct one if deemed necessary. #VPOnTrial
