Tropical system could dump heavy rain and flooding on Hawaii

A tropical rainstorm is expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Lala and dump between 8 and 12 inches of rain on the Big Island of Hawaii this weekend with winds of 40-60 mph plus flash flooding.
