The British High Commission has funded research to help this country get on a path to net zero in two areas. One pertains to waste, and the other surrounds Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use.
There is now a call to action, with the initial step in the three-phase plan being a meeting of various stakeholders towards data gathering.
