The Shah Alam High Court on Thursday (Aug 13) ordered a 15-year-old boy accused of fatally stabbing a schoolmate in Bandar Utama to enter his defence, after finding a prima facie case.
Defence proceedings began immediately, with lawyer Kitson Foong calling two witnesses — the accused and forensic psychiatrist Dr Ian Lloyd Anthony, whose three-month assessment found the teen fit to stand trial.
Proceedings remain closed to the public.
