Hegseth vows ISIS-style campaign against drug cartels

U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has vowed that the U.S. military will target drug cartels using tactics employed against ISIS and al-Qaeda, saying groups trafficking drugs or threatening Americans will be classified as military targets.
