Iran has announced a major security operation against what its authorities described as a CIA-Mossad-linked armed network in Sistan and Baluchestan.
According to Iranian officials, security forces dismantled two alleged operational cells, arresting several suspects and killing two others during clashes. Authorities claimed the group was preparing attacks against economic infrastructure in the province.
The operation reportedly involved Iran’s Intelligence Ministry, IRGC Ground Forces and police units.
