Louise Sauvage is one of Australia's most decorated Paralympians, and over the past twenty years has become a leading coach in wheelchair track and road racing. She is also amongst the 26 per cent of female coaches in Australian high-performance sport, as highlighted in a new report from the AIS released this week. It's almost triple the number from four years ago, but challenges remain.
