Four men - S. Yogesvaran, 40; Lim Yong Ming, 26; N. Achutan, 32; and How Han Wei, 33 - were charged in a Batu Pahat Magistrate's Court on Monday (Aug 17) with murdering businessman Low Kai Xian, 39.
The victim's body was found wrapped in a net in Sungai Tanjung Sembrong earlier this month.
The case returns to court on October 14 for forensic reports.
