The federal government's sweeping overhaul of the NDIS is set to become law, after passing the senate with coalition support. Advocates say the changes could leave many without any guarantee of support. Children and young people with disability CEO Skye Kakoschke-Moore says the government needs to make sure that doesn't happen.
