A former CEO of UBB Investment Bank Limited pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Wednesday (Aug 19) to cheating UBB Amanah Berhad CEO Aida Aizura Othman over a RM139.8 million payment.
Razlan Raghazli, 43, allegedly misrepresented a disbursement letter as following legal advice it actually contradicted, causing the payment to ELMU Higher Education Sdn Bhd.
