Surrey Police release video footage of A31 Farnham bypass collision suspect.

Police have released dashcam footage from the aftermath of a three-vehicle collision on the A31 Farnham bypass on July 26 in which two children were seriously injured. The driver of a black BMW involved in the crash fled the scene.
