Sometimes the smallest bit of signage is enough to throw off an entire routine.
In a school, stickers are placed on the door with the instructions reversed, putting “pull” where the door should be pushed and “duwen” where it should be pulled.
The filmer, Merel, told WooGlobe, “We were printing stickers when we came up with the idea to make some to hang on the door and prank people.''
One after another, students approach and try the wrong motion, pausing and adjusting as the door resists before they switch directions and get through.
The quick corrections show how easily a familiar action can be rerouted by a simple label. The moment plays out quietly, with the door doing most of the work.
