Senator-judge Risa Hontiveros pointed out that an acknowledgment receipt for confidential operations listed the name Clarisse Hontiveros and was dated February 24, 2023, which is also her birthday. She described the timing as unusual and asked former OVP Special Disbursing Officer Gina Acosta to explain. Acosta said she checked the receipts with Col.
