On the occasion of the last Sawan Somwar, Kashi witnessed a strong display of devotion as devotees gathered to offer prayers and seek the blessings of Baba Vishwanath. The sacred atmosphere in Varanasi was filled with chants of Har Har Mahadev as devotees participated in prayers and rituals dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The final Monday of Sawan holds special significance for Shiva devotees, with many making their way to Kashi to perform darshan, prayers and jalabhishek at the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
