An organisation that built its first culturally and climate appropriate home for an aboriginal family in Tennant creek is calling on the federal and territory governments to follow its designs. Wilya Janta says any new builds in the NT should reflect indigenous resident’s cultural needs and be safe for extreme temperatures.
