Police race to respond after gangs storm Kenscoff, kidnapping dozens
Police in Haiti are scrambling to respond after armed men attacked Kenscoff, a once-peaceful community near Port-au-Prince.
At least 47 people were killed and more than 50 kidnapped in one of the country’s largest mass abductions in years.
