Soldiers from the U.S. Army’s 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment took part in familiarization and gunnery training at the Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany.
Between August 12 and 25, 2026, crews are conducting training with the new Stryker Double V-Hull A1 (DVHA1) armored vehicles, including operator instruction, familiarization exercises, live-fire training, and crew qualification.
The activities are designed to prepare soldiers to operate the new Stryker configuration and enhance unit readiness through individual and collective exercises.
