Sully worked hard to look his best for his adoption search. Earlier in 2026, the 1-year-old terrier was found roaming the streets of Southern California. The stray dog wasn’t walking alone; he was dragging 3 pounds of matted, filthy fur with him. Luckily, the Riverside County Department of Animal Services (RCDAS) picked up the pup and decided to help him.
