A group of rallyists brave the rains in front of Mendiola, near Malacanang, in Manila on Aug. 28, 2026 to demand accountability from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for the massive flooding in the country. The protesters also claim that the President only passes laws that favor the rich and neglect the poor.
