It is claimed X Factor's first guest judge did not go down too well with fans. According to reports Geri Halliwell was booed by the crowd during auditions in Glasgow.
The Spice Girl stepped in for pregnant judge Dannii Minogue.
But the Aussie star's supporters took to the internet immediately after the first auditions, describing Geri as "awful" and adding that her comments did not make sense.
It is also rumoured that Geri, 37, left the stage at one point, leaving Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole on the judging table. She was apparently followed by Simon Cowell soon after.
Dannii Minogue is currently in Australia to have her first child. One message on her Twitter site from a member of the X Factor audience in Glasgow read: "Gutted u weren't there! People were chanting we want Danni!"
The Aussie star replied: "Missing you all too."
