The designer brand's fellow muses Alexa Chung, Vanessa Paradis and Claudia Schiffer also took their places on the front row at Paris' Grand Palais. Actress Keira Knightley also put in an appearance and showed off a new bob haircut.
Lily sometimes models for Chanel and is friends with head designer Karl Lagerfeld. Explaining what she likes about him Lily said: "Well everything, he's a genius and his clothes are amazing and he's a really nice person."
