Chantelle Houghton has reportedly criticised Kerry Katona's Real Fitness DVD, branding it 'dangerous for fans to follow'.
The Celebrity Big Brother star allegedly said Katona's exercise regime encourages viewers to lose too much weight in a short amount of time and believes the mother-of-four is setting dieters a "bad example".
Chantelle, who has released her Boot Camp Workout, reportedly told the Daily Star: "It's cheeky to label a DVD Real Fitness when she has lost the weight through liposuction and extreme dieting.
She added: "I don't agree with one of those fad diets or workouts where you suddenly drop the weight. Because you will just put it all back on again."
Although Katona has undergone liposuction in the past, it is not thought that she has had surgery to achieve her current look.
The former Atomic Kitten singer, who is to appear in Dancing On Ice in January, has shed three stone this year and credits exercise for easing her bipolar condition and giving her a more positive outlook on the future.
