A British newspaper report has revealed the alleged secrets behind support for Japan's push for an end to the ban on commercial whaling. Sunday Times' reporters posing as lobbyists met with International Whaling Commission (IWC) representatives from several small nations including St Kitts and Nevis, the Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Grenada, Ivory Coast and Guinea over the course of several months. During the meetings the officials told the reporters that Japan secured their support with a combination of aid, flights, cash and even call girls. Japan has denied the allegations.
