Malaria is a major health problem in Liberia and consistently the top cause of morbidity (illness) at the 45 Merlin supported Ministry of Health (MoH) facilities. Mosquito net use in Liberia is very low as nets are virtually impossible to access outside the capital Monrovia. Very few organisations are distributing nets.
