Ninja Throw review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Ninja Throw from Clickgamer and Hadron Solutions for the iPad. Ninja Throw wants to be a lot better than it really is. This is a puzzle game that brings together martial arts, geometry and weather patterns. It's a lot less interesting than it sounds. Each level has a gong, and it's your job to hit that target with a ninja star. You tap your ninja to throw the weapon, and it flies in a straight line, a line you can aim with a simple touch anywhere on the screen. The problem is that Ninja Throw gets very repetitive. Unlike a game like Angry Birds, for example, the game doesn't evolve enough to hold your interest very long. What you're doing never changes much, and the game doesn't throw enough twists into the formula to keep things fresh. This video review features video gameplay footage of Ninja Throw for the iPad and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
