Mexico's president Felipe Calderon has called on the country to remain calm amid a flu outbreak that has killed at least 20 people.
The World Health Organisation has warned that the outbreak is a "public health emergency of international concern".
The government has now clarified a decree giving health officials legal authority to isolate patients and inspect homes in order to curb the virus' spread. From Mexico City, Franc Contreras reports.
