When he was arrested in 2007, Zdravko Tolimir was considered the third most-wanted indictee of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia after Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic.
Tolimir was Assistant Commander of Intelligence and Security for the Bosnian Serb army during the Bosnian War.
He later helped the military leader Mladic to go into hiding.
