Under pressure after recent revelations have exposed General Pervez Musharraf's misadventures in Kargil, the former Pakistan President has broken his silence over allegations of secrecy and the unilateral nature of Pakistan Army's actions in Kargil. Musharraf, said, "This was according to Army process and whoever has to be aware of it on need to know basis was informed about it. If secrecy has to be maintain then only concerned people are informed and that was the case here."
