This is Chamel Singh - an Indian citizen who was arrested five years ago for inadvertently crossing over to Pakistan. His wife is distraught because Chamel Singh who was due for release this year - was instead thrashed to death at Pakistan's Kot Lakhpat Jail. His crime - that he washed clothes in prison from a tap meant for drinking water.
