"Here I am again" remarked King Juan Carlos of Spain has he entered a Madrid hospital for surgery on a herniated disc in his lower spine.
It is the fourth operation in 12 months for the 75-year-old monarch who has suffered several other health issues in the past two years. Doctors said the operation went well.
