Second workout to get the legs moving with 138½lb. I am NOT trying to keep the heels up at the top. Actually, l am try to 'roll through' the entire bottom of the feet. I roll onto the balls of the feet at the bottom allowing me to push into the knees causing a stretch reflex out of the hole. Yeah, these opened up the knees and blew up the lower Quads PERFECTLY!
