Controversial child protection laws are set to be passed by the Northern Territory parliament tonight despite widespread criticism of the reforms. Hundreds gathered outside the parliament house to rally against the changes with representatives from legal services, domestic violence organisations and Aboriginal leaders taking part in the protest.
