Sumire Miyachi and Rina Watanabe are Nou Aru Shoujo wa Skirt Yurasu (能ある少女はスカート揺らす, "A Capable Woman Flutters her Skirt"), or Nousuka for short, a unit from Hinatazaka46. The unit appeared the first time on Hinatazaka46's 16th single Cliffhanger.
The unit's name is based on the proverb "a capable hawk hides its talons" (能ある鷹は爪を隠す), meaning a wise person doesn't reveal all of their talents.
