Former Commission on Audit Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil on Wednesday, Aug. 5, denied that requiring receipts for confidential fund disbursements would jeopardize national security during questioning by Senator-Judge Raffy Tulfo.
The exchange came after Vice President Sara Duterte's defense team argued on Tuesday that requiring recipients of confidential funds to issue receipts could compromise national security.
