झारखंड में 14वीं JPSC परीक्षा को लेकर छात्रों का आंदोलन लगातार उग्र होता जा रहा है। मोरहाबादी में शनिवार को सरकार और छात्र प्रतिनिधियों के बीच हुई वार्ता का दूसरा दौर भी बेनतीजा रहा। सरकार ने छात्रों की मांगें मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन तक पहुंचाने और ईमेल के जरिए सुझाव देने की बात कही, लेकिन आंदोलनकारी इससे संतुष्ट नहीं हैं। आंदोलन की अगुवाई कर रहे देवेंद्र नाथ महतो का आमरण अनशन सातवें दिन में पहुंच गया है और छात्रों का दावा है कि उनकी स्वास्थ्य स्थिति लगातार बिगड़ रही है। प्रदर्शनकारी 14वीं JPSC परीक्षा रद्द करने, संदिग्ध परीक्षाओं की समयबद्ध जांच, स्वतंत्र जांच एजेंसी या कमेटी गठित करने, Jharkhand Testing Agency बनाने और शिक्षक भर्ती की विसंगतियों पर कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे हैं। छात्रों ने चेतावनी दी है कि मांगें नहीं मानी गईं तो 10 अगस्त को रांची में विधानसभा घेराव किया जाएगा। अब सबकी नजर सरकार के अगले कदम पर है।
The student movement over the 14th JPSC examination in Jharkhand is intensifying. The government said it would convey the students’ demands to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and asked them to submit their suggestions via email, but the protesters remain dissatisfied.
The indefinite hunger strike led by Devendra Nath Mahto has entered its seventh day, with students claiming that his health condition is deteriorating. The protesters are demanding the immediate cancellation of the 14th JPSC examination, a time-bound investigation into exams under suspicion, an independent probe by the CBI or a committee, the creation of a Jharkhand Testing Agency, and action on irregularities in teacher recruitment.
