Physique update: 186.4 lbs today, up a pound from last time β but I weighed in after eating breakfast today instead of first thing, which is most likely why the number's a little higher than normal. Good reminder of how much weigh-in timing can actually affect the reading.
On top of that, I'm still really sore from recent training, and there's still a lot of weight left to lose. But none of that changes the plan β just continuing the process regardless of one number that isn't fully representative of the actual trend.
Not every reading tells the full story, and that's okay. Do you weigh yourself at the same time every day, or does it vary for you too?
