Physique update: 183.4 lbs today, a new low for this week on the current cut. I've actually been pushing more cardio than the plan calls for lately, and there's a real reason behind it β I'm working on getting back into running and strengthening my leg after ACL surgery.
Cardio right now is doing double duty: helping the cut along while also serving as functional rehab work to build the leg back up for running again. It's a slower, more intentional approach than just chasing a number, and hitting a new low while working toward that bigger goal feels like real progress on both fronts.
Rebuilding after an injury takes patience, but it's worth it long term. Have you ever had to work back from an injury while also chasing a fitness goal at the same time?
