Former Human Resources minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex at 8.26am on Friday (Aug 28) to face charges under Section 16 of the MACC Act 2009, linked to the foreign worker recruitment quota.
The section covers soliciting, receiving, giving, promising or offering bribes.
