Russian authorities announced the interception of 660 Ukrainian drones during the night leading into Friday, marking one of the most significant attacks recorded in the ongoing conflict. The Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, reported that 47 drones were downed while flight operations at Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Sheremetyevo airports faced disruptions. Additional strikes occurred near the Azot chemical facility in the Tula region and in the Crimea area close to Kerch. This drone offensive came after President Volodymyr Zelensky sanctioned a 40-day pressure initiative by the SBU against Russia.
