WATCH: Senator-judge Bam Aquino questions witness COA-ICFAO state auditor Roderick Wamil on the use of "code names" or aliases during the liquidation of confidential funds, and asked whether the documents received by the Commission on Audit (COA) should contain names of real individuals, during the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, August 5.
Wamil stated that the use of "code names" in the liquidation of documents is "neither prohibited or allowed" by the COA since the joint circular governing confidential funds is silent on the matter. (Video courtesy of Senate of the Philippines)
